Ingredients

Servings:-3+
½ oz Smoked trout
½ oz canned sliced black olives
1 tbsp Capers
1 clove garlic
5 leaves Basil
1 tbsp lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
1 package cracker

Utensils

  • bowl (small)
  • Step 1/3

    • ½ oz Smoked trout
    • ½ oz canned sliced black olives
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 5 leaves Basil
    • bowl (small)

    Chop olives, garlic, smoked trout, basil and mix.

  • Step 2/3

    • 1 tbsp Capers
    • 1 tbsp lemon
    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Put in capers, lemon juice & olive oil.

  • Step 3/3

    Mix all ingredients and add salt & pepper if you like. Spread on crackers and serve.
