- ⅓ oz Smoked trout
- ⅓ oz canned sliced black olives
- ⅔ clove garlic
- 3⅓ leaves Basil
- bowl (small)
Chop olives, garlic, smoked trout, basil and mix.
- ⅔ tbsp Capers
- ⅔ tbsp lemon
- 1⅓ tbsp olive oil
Put in capers, lemon juice & olive oil.
Mix all ingredients and add salt & pepper if you like. Spread on crackers and serve.
