1 egg (if u prefer, 2)
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
For topping: rapberries and 1tsp honey

In a blender add all The ingredients and mix until thickened slightly.
Step 2/ 3
Heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat for 2min. Pour a small portionts of the batter in the pan. Cook for2-3min,or until the edge start to brown and bubble.
Step 3/ 3
Flip and cook for 1-2min. serve with honey and desired toppings
