Put the rolled oat on a heated pan and roast it for two minutes. *no oil or butter required
Lower the heat of fire and then add sugar; remember to not burn the oat and quickly roast it for 20 seconds then turn off the fire and let it cool.
Cut the avocado, banana and apple into medium slices
Now move cooked oats into a bowl with the fruits you have cut. I recommend to put the oats below then the fruits on the top!
Finally, add the chia seeds, peanut butter (it can be crunchy one if you like) and honey
