198 g light brown sugar
100 g unsweetened shredded coconut
90 g rolled oats
50 g wheat bran
eggs
200 ml buttermilk
50 ml low-fat milk
½ tsp baking powder
133 g sunflower seeds
150 g raisins
30 g poppy seeds
120 g Nutty Wheat

    • 198 g light brown sugar
    • 100 g unsweetened shredded coconut
    • 90 g rolled oats
    • 50 g wheat bran
    • ½ tsp baking powder
    • 133 g sunflower seeds
    • 150 g raisins
    • 30 g poppy seeds
    • 120 g Nutty Wheat
    • bowl
    • wooden spoon

    Mix all dry ingredients

    • whisk

    Whisk eggs and add to dry ingredients

    • 200 ml buttermilk

    Add buttermilk to mixture

  • Step 4/5

    • 50 ml low-fat milk

    Rinse buttermilk carton with milk and add to mixture

  • Step 5/5

    Place in breadpan or muffin tray. Bake in oven at 180C for 30-40 minutes
