- 19¾ g light brown sugar
- 10 g unsweetened shredded coconut
- 9 g rolled oats
- 5 g wheat bran
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- 13⅓ g sunflower seeds
- 15 g raisins
- 3 g poppy seeds
- 12 g Nutty Wheat
- bowl
- wooden spoon
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2/5
- ¼ eggs
- whisk
Whisk eggs and add to dry ingredients
Step 3/5
- 20 ml buttermilk
Add buttermilk to mixture
Step 4/5
- 5 ml low-fat milk
Rinse buttermilk carton with milk and add to mixture
Step 5/5
Place in breadpan or muffin tray. Bake in oven at 180C for 30-40 minutes
