½ broccoli
leek
onion
zucchini
potato
1 tbsp pumpkin seed
100 g fresh goat cheese
parsley
salt
pepper

  • Step 1/4

    Cut all of your veggies and put them in the boiling water. Cook them for 20 minutes.

    Mix them in the blender with the fresh parsley, salt and pepper.

    Served it and add it on the top a big spoon of fresh goat cheese, with pumpkin seed, fresh parsley and piment d’espelette.
