Greek chicken pittas
- 2 Diced chicken breast
- 5 tbsp Greek yogurt
- olive oil
- 1 Diced onions
Marinate the chicken with the yogurt and onions leave to rest for 20 mins
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
- frying pan
Once the chicken has rested for 20 mins heat the pan with the olive oil and cook until golden.
- cucumber (sliced)
- 4 tbsp Mint sauce
- Greek yogurt
Mix the mint sauce, yogurt and cucumber in a bowl to garnish.
- cherry tomatoes
Create a salad using the leftover ingredients.
Put everything in the pittas and enjoy!
