Gravy Kadai Paneer
Step 1/ 11
- Paneer - 400 gm
- 1 onions (for garnish)
- 1 green capsicum
- 1 tomatoes
- 1¼ onions
- 2 green chilli
Cut onions, tomatoes, green chillies, garlic, capsicum and paneer.
Step 2/ 11
Add 2 tbsp oil in kadai on medium flame and add black cardamom. After 1 minute add onions, tomatoes, green chillies, garlic cloves and cashew nuts. Fry for 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool and make a paste.

Add 2 tbsp oil to kadai and after 1 minute add capsicum and onion cubes. Fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add 1 tbsp oil to kadai and after 1 minute add paneer cubes. Fry for 2 minutes.

Add 2 tbsp butter to kadai and after melting add haldi and red chilli powder. Saute for 1 minute.

Add onion, tomato,green chilli,garlic and cashew paste prepared and cook until mixture leaves oil.

Add salt according to taste, kashmiri red chilli powder and add water. Allow mixture to boil on medium flame.

Add capsicum and onion cubes to it and cook for 2 minutes.

Add paneer cubes and cook for 2 minutes.

Add kasuri methi and switch off the flame.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
