Grapefruit & Sage Gin Tonic
"Spice spice, baby! This gin cocktail is everything but ordinary – but that’s what makes it so exciting. We use grapefruit and tonic water as bitter components that are nicely complemented by a spicy, fruity note through the sage and pink pepper. The latter tastes (contrary to what you might expect) pleasantly flowery and sweet. You should definitely try it – the drink AND the pink peppercorns!"
