Gluten free Penne with Sausage and Peppers
Step 1/ 6
- ½ lb Italian sausage
- sauté pan
Roll sausage meat into bite sized meatballs and saute in medium heated pan. When half cooked put in 350°oven for 10 minutes.
Step 2/ 6
Boil water and add pasta. Cook according to packaging.
Step 3/ 6
Slice bell pepper into straps (or use frozen for faster prep)
Step 4/ 6
Remove pan from oven and add bell peppers.
Step 5/ 6
Add pasta sauce to Sausage pan.
Step 6/ 6
Drain pasta and add noodles to sauce. Mix well. Serve hot with a dash of Parmesan (optinal)
