Preheat oven to 375*F

- ½ cup chickpea flour
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- ⅓ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup chopped walnut
- ⅓ cup raisin
Combine oats, chickpea flour, almond flour, baking soda, salt, walnuts and raisins.

- 1⅔ tbsp maple syrup
- ⅔ tsp vinegar
- ⅔ egg
I’m a separate bowl, combine oil, sweetener, vinegar and egg.

Mix together the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop dough onto the parchment in dollops of 2-3 tablespoons. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
