milk
200 g
cheddar cheese
1 pinch
garlic powder
1 pinch
onion powder
1 pinch
parsley
1 pinch
white pepper
2 tsp
cold water
1 tsp
corn flour

saucepan, grater
Step 1/ 6
- 500 ml milk
- saucepan
put cold milk in saucepan
Step 2/ 6
- 200 g cheddar cheese
- grater
grate cheddar cheese and add to cold milk
Step 3/ 6
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch onion powder
- 1 pinch parsley
- 1 pinch white pepper
add pinches
Step 4/ 6
slowly heat untill cheese melts, stirring occasionally
Step 5/ 6
- 2 tsp cold water
- 1 tsp corn flour
add 2 tsps of water to corn flour in a ramekin and mix to a paste and add to sauce
Step 6/ 6
simmer until it thickens
