“You can mix this sauce into any gluten-free pasta to make it suitable for vegetarians and coeliacs”
put cold milk in saucepan
grate cheddar cheese and add to cold milk
add pinches
slowly heat untill cheese melts, stirring occasionally
add 2 tsps of water to corn flour in a ramekin and mix to a paste and add to sauce
simmer until it thickens
