use a the salt and rub down the steak in till it’s fully coated.
put all the butter into a large pan and wait till it’s fully melted and browned
add the rosemary leaves and cloves to the butter
Place steak in pan and let it sear for 15 minutes on each side
remove steak after 30 minutes and the temperature is at 175 degrees let the steak sit for 1-2 minutes then cut the steak into strips plate the steak then serve
