- 50 g dark chocolate
- 43¾ g butter
Melt chocolate and butter over a Bain Marie
Step 2/7
- 30 g sugar
- ½ eggs
Beat eggs with sugar
Step 3/7
Combine chocolate and butter to the eggs and sugar compound
Step 4/7
- ½ tsp cocoa powder
- 25 g flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ pinch salt
Add to the compound all the dry ingredients
Step 5/7
Pour on a pan previously covered with baking paper
Step 6/7
Pour a bunch of sliced almonds on top of the compound
Step 7/7
Cook for about 20 minutes at 180 °C (355 °F)
