Grate butter from the freezer and mix with flor, salt and water. Knead the dough and put into the fridge for 1 hour.
Mix fruits with sugar and one tablespoon with a slide of starch (right before laying on the dough)
Roll out the dough and put on the fruit mix. Grease it with 1 egg yolk.
Bake: 30 min 180 degrees
