Frijol con puerco (Pork with beans)

- 250 g pork loin
- œ onion
- 250 g dry black beans
- slow cooker
1. Clean the beans and the place them in a slow cooker along with the pork (preferably chopped into chunks) and 1/2 onion. Be sure to cook on low for at least 10 hours.
Step 2/ 3
- Epazote
- salt
About the end add the salt and epazote. Just for 15 minutes.
Step 3/ 3
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- 2 Habanero pepper
- 2 radishes
- 1 avocados
Remove the onion and the epazote. Serve with finely chopped onion, radish, cilantro, lime and habanero pepper. You may add chiltomate sauce.
