Corn flakes cereal
6 oz
salted butter
4 tbsp
ground cinnamon
4 scoops
vanilla ice cream
2 fl oz
chocolate sauce
2 fl oz
caramel sauce
4 scoops
whipped cream

    • 2 cup Corn flakes cereal

    Crush cornflakes

  • Step 2/ 8

    • 6 oz salted butter
    • Skillet

    Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

    • 4 tbsp ground cinnamon
    • Metal spoon

    Stir in crushed corn flakes and cinnamon and increase heat slightly.

    Cook mixture, stirring constantly until golden brown and fragrant (color will deepen and begin to smell lightly toasty and corn flakes should be crisp), about 2 minutes.

    • Shallow dish

    Remove from heat, pour mixture in a shallow dish and allow to cool.

    • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
    • ice cream scoop

    Remove ice cream from freezer, scoop out ice cream and shape into a ball with clean hands.

    Immediately drop shaped ice cream ball into corn flake mixture and roll to evenly coat.

    • 2 fl oz chocolate sauce
    • 2 fl oz caramel sauce
    • 4 scoops whipped cream
    • 2 Cherries

    Let set in freezer 10-15 minutes then serve with toppings.
