    • ½ tbsp ginger

    Prepare spice paste by pounding ginger, garlic and spices in a mortar with a pestle. Then add soy sauce, honey and lemon juice an pound into a smooth paste.

    Cover salmon on both sides with spice paste, place in glass dish and marinade 15-20min. Sprinkle some oil on top.
