Fish balls in tomato sauce
- 400 ml canned diced tomatoes
Pour the tomatoes into a deep frying pan and bring to a boil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch dried Italian herb
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Add salt, pepper, garlic, Italian herbs
- 400 g cod fillets
- 100 g onions
- 3 pinches fish spice
At the same time, finely chop the fish fillet and onion. Put in a blender, add a little water and blender until smooth. Add salt and fish spices. Mix again.
Wring out the water, I used gauze. Form small fish balls. And dip it in the tomato sauce.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
