milk

16⅔ g
butter

Utensils

4 whisks

  • Step 1/8

    Set your oven at 200°C-225°C or 390°F-435°F.

  • Step 2/8

    Melt your butter.

  • Step 3/8

    • 33⅓ g flour
    • 21⅔ g sugar
    • tsp salt
    • tsp baking powder
    • whisk

    Mix all dry ingredients together.

  • Step 4/8

    • 133⅓ ml milk
    • whisk

    Add your milk and mix.

  • Step 5/8

    • eggs
    • whisk

    Add your eggs and mix.

  • Step 6/8

    • 16⅔ g butter
    • whisk

    Add your melted butter and mix. (your dough is supposed to be very thin)

  • Step 7/8

    Put parchment paper on your oven sheet and pour your dough on it.

  • Step 8/8

    Put it into the oven for 30 minutes.
