red onions
2 cloves garlic
1200 g Butter beans (3 tins)
600 ml Tomato passata
2 tsp smoked paprika powder
4 tbsp barbecue sauce
1 dash red wine vinegar
2 tbsp butter
  • Step 1/2

    • red onions

    Fry off the red onions with a table spoon of better and salt on a high heat until starting to caramelise. Cook for 10 minutes whilst steering.

    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 1200 g Butter beans (3 tins)
    • 2 tsp smoked paprika powder
    • 4 tbsp barbecue sauce
    • 1 dash red wine vinegar
    • 2 tbsp butter

    Next add the paprika and garlic, fry off until everything smells amazing! And then add the tomato’s and butter beans. Cook until the sauce starts to thicken and then add the vinegar and barbque sauce. Season to taste.
