hard boiled eggs (for deep frying)
½ tbsp ginger garlic paste (for marinating)
2 tbsp cornflour (for marinating)
2 tbsp flour (for marinating)
1 tsp pepper (for marinating)
½ tsp salt (for marinating)
4 tbsp water (for marinating)
3 tbsp onion (petals)
3 tbsp onion (diced)
3 tbsp green bell pepper (cubes)
½ tbsp ginger (diced)
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
4 slices green chilis
1 tbsp ketchup
1½ tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
½ tbsp vinegar
5 tbsp water
½ tbsp chili powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp cooking oil (for frying)

    • ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste (for marinating)
    • 2 tbsp cornflour (for marinating)
    • 2 tbsp flour (for marinating)
    • 1 tsp pepper (for marinating)
    • ½ tsp salt (for marinating)
    • 4 tbsp water (for marinating)

    Take Corn flour, White flour (all purpose flour), ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder and salt in a bowl and mix everything with 3-4 spoon of water. Whisk till the batter get thick and smooth without lumps

    Take boiled eggs and cut into half. One by one add the eggs in the batter. With spoon coat eggs slowly in batter and make sure yellow side should be at top.

    Deep fry marinated eggs in medium flame for 3-4 minutes. While dropping eggs in oil, yellow side should be in bottom and flip after 1 minute.

    • 2 tbsp cooking oil (for frying)

    Take nonstick pan, add 2 tbsp oil in medium flame

    • ½ tbsp ginger (diced)
    • 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)

    Add ginger and garlic, fry for 1 minute

    • 3 tbsp onion (petals)
    • 3 tbsp onion (diced)
    • 3 tbsp green bell pepper (cubes)
    • 4 slices green chilis

    Add onion (diced), onion (petals), bell pepper and green chillies, fry for 50 seconds

    • 1 tbsp ketchup
    • 1½ tbsp chili sauce
    • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
    • ½ tbsp vinegar

    Add ketchup, dark soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar and mix well in low flame for 30-40 seconds

    • 5 tbsp water
    • ½ tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 1 tsp salt

    Add water and mix well. Then add pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt as required and mix everything in medium flame till the sauce get thick

  • Step 9/9

    Once the sauce is thick add fried eggs slowly in the sauce. Without breaking mix slowly till the eggs are coated properly.
