light brown sugar

garlic paste

ground ginger

    • 1⅓ tbsp Sweet Heat by Simpli Chilli Hot sauces
    • ⅔ tbsp rice wine
    • 1 tbsp light brown sugar
    • ⅔ tsp garlic paste
    • ⅛ tsp ground ginger
    • ⅓ tsp onion powder
    • Âœ tbsp lime juice
    • 41⅔ ml soy sauce
    • whisk

    Toss all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well making sure all the spices are combined well.

    Marinade the wings over night, at least a few hours for best results.

    Pre heat the oven to 229 degrees Celsius Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the wings skin side down, cook for 15 minutes and flip. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and finish cooking for another 10 to 15 minutes. All ovens are different so make sure the chicken is cooked throughout and has a good glaze, turn on the grill if needed.
