    Mix two cups of boiling water with minced garlic, stock cube and vinegar. Put ribs (ribcage up) n the 13x9-inch roast pan and poor water with spices over it. Cover the pan with aluminium foil and bake it in the oven in the middle rag for two and a half hours.
