Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with baking paper or foil.

Clean up thighs however you wish then pat dry with paper towel. Place these on your baking tray.

- 1½ lbs Chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Drizzle Chicken with olive oil.

- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Paprika
In a small bowl, mix your seasoning.

Sprinkle over chicken evenly (You can coat underneath the skin as well as the back of the thigh).

Bake chicken skin side up for 30-45 minutes (to an internal temp of 165)
