Easy and tasteful broccoli bacon salad
Ingredients

Step 1/ 4
- 333⅓ g broccoli
- knife

Cut the broccoli into small branches, wash and add it in a pot with boiling water. Boil for 2 minutes and then drain.
Step 2/ 4
- 66⅔ g bacon or pancetta
- 25 g pine nuts
- ⅓ tbsp olive oil
- frying pan
- spatula
Cut bacon into small pieces and then add it in a pan with hot olive oil. Fry until the bacon has caramelized and add the pine nuts. Stir for 1 minute and then remove from heat.

- 66⅔ g non-fat Greek yogurt
- ⅔ tbsp mayonnaise
- ⅓ pinch salt
- ⅔ tbsp distilled white vinegar

Prepare the sauce : put mayonnaise, yogurt, salt and vinegar in a jar or a bowl and whisk until the mixture is homogeneous. Taste and adjust salt or vinegar.
Step 4/ 4
- 33⅓ g cranberries or raisins
- Salad bowl
In a salad bowl, mix the broccoli, the bacon/nut mixture, the cranberries or raisins (or both of you prefer) and the sauce. Let it rest at least 1 hour in the fridge before serving. Enjoy!
