  • Step 1/18

    Preheat the oven to 160°C (140 Fan oven).

    After the 1hr mark has passed of roasting the lamb in the oven, begin preparing the ingredients to make the Orzo pasta.

    Cook the Orzo pasta in boiling water for 10-12 minutes, till the pasta is cooked and has a soft texture.

    At the last 30 minutes of cooking the lamb, evenly spread the Orzo pasta to the Lamb roasting dish. 

Cover the oven dish with the kitchen foil and continue roasting the lamb with the added Orzo for the remaining 30 minutes.
