- 1 cup of Corn flakes or oatmeal
We can use dry thin bread like tofu bread or “lava’sh” bread instead of corn flakes. Crumble dry bread.

- 10-12 almonds
Cut almonds to little pieces.

- ½ cup of raisin or dried dates
- ⅓ cup of lactic cheese(homemade)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
