“This is how club sandwich should be 😉 it has everything you need for a full meal and can be done fairly easy and fast. The secret to this dish is the sauce, which brings more flavor and twist to this classic sandwich. Can be served with fries or sweet potatoe fries like in the picture - but can definitely stand on its own.”

Ingredients

200 g chicken breasts
4 strips bacon
2 slices cheddar cheese

4 leaves lettuce
6 slices Big white bread
For the sauce:
200 ml mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
½ lemon
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

    • 2 cloves garlic
    • ½ lemon
    • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp pepper
    • 1 bowl

    Take a small bowl and add in the mayonnaise, squeeze the lemon directly to it, add the two crushed garlic cloves, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese, and whisk until all is combined. Taste and add salt or pepper if needed, it should be very garlicky and lemony.

    Salt the chicken breast from both sides and set aside to rest. In the meantime start heating a non-stick pan on medium -high heat and fry the bacon strips, and set aside.
