- 200 ml mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper

Take a small bowl and add in the mayonnaise, squeeze the lemon directly to it, add the two crushed garlic cloves, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese, and whisk until all is combined. Taste and add salt or pepper if needed, it should be very garlicky and lemony.
- 1 Big tomato

Slice the lettuce leaves to strips and add to the sauce, make sure it covers every piece and set a side. Slice the tomato to big round slices and set aside.
- 200 g chicken breasts
- 4 strips bacon

Salt the chicken breast from both sides and set aside to rest. In the meantime start heating a non-stick pan on medium -high heat and fry the bacon strips, and set aside.
- 6 slices Big white bread
The fat from bacon will give the chicken an extra layer of flavor, so in the hot oily (from the bacon) pan, fry the chicken breasts for about 2 min each side. While frying start toasting the bread slices. It’s important to toast the bread, otherwise it will be soggy and the sandwich wouldn’t hold.

Lay the first bread slice and add a generous portion of the lettuce with the sauce, add the chicken breast on top, 2 bacon strips on the chicken and another slice of bread.
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
Add another generous portion of lettuce with the sauce on top of the second bread slice, add a tomato slice (or two) and top with a slice of cheddar cheese.
Take the hot fried egg and lay it on top of the cheddar cheese, which will allow it to melt a bit, and finally set the last slice of bread on top, squeeze gently, cut in the middle and enjoy!
