psyllium husk

Walnut powder

parsley
100 ml
water

  • Step 1/2

    • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
    • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
    • 1 tsp psyllium husk
    • 1 tbsp Walnut powder
    • 6 sprigs parsley
    • 100 ml water

    Wash and cut the parsley into smaller sizes. Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until purée

    Pour the smoothie in a glass and serve immediately.
