“This is my favourite breakfast ever. I eat it every morning and be creative with my toppings. Basically you can add anything that you like and prepare it the night before for easy breakfast.”

2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon
250 ml milk
Banana
