10 tbsp
cream
  • Step 1/2

    Melt your 100 g chocolate in the microwave. Mix it and add cream. You might need more cream.

  • Step 2/2

    If you want to pipe your ganache, this will be too liquidy. So just whip your cream before adding in the melted chocolate. Then pipe it! 😋 You can also add a little cream and make a marble design like I have done in the picture.
