Melt your 100 g chocolate in the microwave. Mix it and add cream. You might need more cream.

If you want to pipe your ganache, this will be too liquidy. So just whip your cream before adding in the melted chocolate. Then pipe it! đ You can also add a little cream and make a marble design like I have done in the picture.
