190 g red pesto
4 slices bell peppers
chicken breasts
400 g crème fraîche
salt
pepper

    Preheat oven on 200°C

    Sprinkle chicken breast with salt and pepper.

    Pat dry drained peppers with kitchen paper.

  • Step 4/7

    • 4 slices bell peppers

    Place the bell pepper on the bottom of the oven.

    • chicken breasts

    Place the chicken over the peppers.

  • Step 6/7

    • 190 g red pesto
    • 400 g crème fraîche
    • whisk

    Make a mixture of crème fraîche and red pesto and spread this over the chicken.

    It's now ready for your oven.
