Pat dry drained peppers with kitchen paper.

Place the bell pepper on the bottom of the oven.

Place the chicken over the peppers.

- 190 g red pesto
- 400 g crème fraîche

Make a mixture of crème fraîche and red pesto and spread this over the chicken.
