Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- 1½ cups basil leaves (packed)
- ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup walnuts
- 1 tsp minced garlic
In a food processor, add basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, walnuts, and minced garlic. Process on low speed. Slowly add olive oil in the top of the processor to incorporate into the pesto sauce. Use slightly less or more olive oil to reach your desired sauce consistency.
Place pizza crusts on pizza pan. Spread pesto sauce evenly onto pizza crusts.
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese slices
Add fresh mozzarella slices evenly onto crusts and sauce.
- 1 cup cooked, chopped chicken breast
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Season cooked, chopped chicken breast with italian seasoning and add to pizza.
- 2 cups veggies of your choice (broccoli, asparagus, etc)
Chop up veggies of your choice. Top pizza with selected vegetables.
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the edges of pizza crusts are golden brown. If using a store-bought crust, refer to package directions on bake time. Let cool and enjoy!
