“The salad is designed for a picnic, but is also delicious with a barbecue. This recipe is easy to prepare, the amount of ingredients isn’t critical and is easy to adjust to your liking. For example try peach instead of mango. Or add a few drops of sushi vinegar.”

200 g chicken breast cooked and cooled
mango (ripe)
1 stalk leek
red bell pepper
spring union
red chilli pepper
4 g fresh ginger
1 clove garlic (grated)
2 heads baby leaf lettuce
5 dashes lime juice

    • 1 stalk leek
    • red bell pepper
    • spring union
    • red chilli pepper
    • 4 g fresh ginger
    • 1 clove garlic (grated)
    • 2 heads baby leaf lettuce
    • 5 dashes lime juice
    • 200 g chicken breast cooked and cooled
    • cutting board
    • knife
    • bowl
    • salad servers

    Cut all ingredients into appropriate pieces. Grate the garlic and the ginger. Toss everything together and add the juice from the lime. Toss again.
