Ingredients

sunflower oil

onion
2 cloves
garlic
½ tbsp
ginger paste
½ kg
chicken breast
3 tbsp
tikka paste
400 g
chopped tomatoes
100 g
full-fat Greek yogurt
½ bag
coriander leaves
50 g
ground almonds

  • Step 1/ 6

    Peel the potatoes and onion and then chop them along with the chicken. Finally, chop/grate/crush the garlic.

  • Step 2/ 6

    Boil the potatoes and the chicken in separate pans.

  • Step 3/ 6

    Drain the chicken and the potatoes after they’ve cooked.

  • Step 4/ 6

    Fry off the onion in a little oil in the final the final dish will be cooked in.

  • Step 5/ 6

    Once the onion is fried, add the chicken and the remaining ingredients to the pan.

  • Step 6/ 6

    Allow to simmer until the ingredients have combined and are ready to eat.
