Red cheese

button mushrooms

- 3 slices bacon
In one small pan cook off the bacon (after cutting into small squares) with the olive oil, make sure it’s on a low heat so you don’t burn the bacon or cook too quickly.
Step 2/3
- 20 g broccoli
- 20 g red onions
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 20 g button mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
Cut up all of the veg and add it to a separate larger pan. Put on the highest heat setting.
Step 3/3
- 40 g Extra thick cream
- 20 g Red cheese
Once everything is browned, add cream and cheese until melted.
