Crumb yeast and put in a big bowl.
Pour lukewarm water on the yeast and blend until the yeast has dissolved.
Add oil and salt to the mixture.
Add fluor. Knead until dough is smooth (ca 5 min).
Let the dough rise for about 45 min.
Knead the dough for a couple of minutes. Add some flour if the dough is too sticky.
Form buns and put on a baking tray. Brush with water and top with grated cheese.
Bake for ca 10 min or until the cheese on the buns looks golden.
