Heat up the cooking oil. Add the meat and mix it around until it's more than well-done || dark brown. Make sure the heat isn't too high that it's cooking the meat quicker than you can manage.
Raise the heat a little and add in the onions or whatever extras you like. Mix them with the meat and cook until the onions become really soft || "flappy".
Keep the heat and add in the tomato puree plus all the herbs and the stock cube. Stir and stir and stir. Once everything looks mushy and all together, lower the heat to let it simmer. Every 4-5 mins for 15 mins, remember to stir thoroughly. Taste it. If it tastes bland, add more seasoning. If the meat flavour is lacking, simmer for another 5 mins.
