In a microwavable safe dish, combine cauliflower and water.
Microwave for 13-15 minutes - or until cauliflower is softened.
Put in food processor and blend.
Add the chickpeas, salt, tahini, garlic, juice from one lemon, oil, and cumin. Blend until smooth.
Sprinkle paprika on top and enjoy with your favorite fresh veggies or pita chips.
