shallots
1 cloves
Garlic
½ package
Cream of mushroom cup of soup
1 tsp
chicken stock powder
½ tbsp
cornflour
200 ml
Light and creamy carnation milk
125 ml
skim milk
½ tbsp
grated Parmesan cheese

    • 125 g pasta

    Boil pasta

  • Step 2/ 5

    • 100 g Diced bacon
    • 50 g shallots
    • 1 cloves Garlic

    Cool bacon, shallots and garlic in a pan

  • Step 3/ 5

    • ½ package Cream of mushroom cup of soup
    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • ½ tbsp cornflour
    • 200 ml Light and creamy carnation milk
    • 125 ml skim milk
    • ½ tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

    Whisk remaining ingredients in a bowl

    Add to bacon, shallots and garlic. Simmer until it thickens, stirring regularly

    Drain pasta, serve into bowls and top with carbonara sauce.
