Light and creamy carnation milk

skim milk

grated Parmesan cheese

Boil pasta

- 100 g Diced bacon
- 50 g shallots
- 1 cloves Garlic
Cool bacon, shallots and garlic in a pan

- ½ package Cream of mushroom cup of soup
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- ½ tbsp cornflour
- 200 ml Light and creamy carnation milk
- 125 ml skim milk
- ½ tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Whisk remaining ingredients in a bowl

Add to bacon, shallots and garlic. Simmer until it thickens, stirring regularly

Drain pasta, serve into bowls and top with carbonara sauce.
