Ingredients

200 g Diced bacon
100 g shallots
2 cloves Garlic
1 package Cream of mushroom cup of soup
2 tsp chicken stock powder
1 tbsp cornflour
400 ml Light and creamy carnation milk
250 ml skim milk
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
250 g pasta

    • 250 g pasta

    Boil pasta

    • 200 g Diced bacon
    • 100 g shallots
    • 2 cloves Garlic

    Cool bacon, shallots and garlic in a pan

    • 1 package Cream of mushroom cup of soup
    • 2 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 1 tbsp cornflour
    • 400 ml Light and creamy carnation milk
    • 250 ml skim milk
    • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

    Whisk remaining ingredients in a bowl

    Add to bacon, shallots and garlic. Simmer until it thickens, stirring regularly

    Drain pasta, serve into bowls and top with carbonara sauce.
