Add milk, dry yeast and sugar into a bowl. Stir it a little bit.
Add an egg, whisk and leave for ~5 minutes.
Add salt and flour, mix. Then knead the dough with your hands for about 10 minutes.
Add butter into a kneaded dough and keep on kneading for another 10 minutes until it’s completely mixed.
Cover the bowl and let the dough rest in a room temperature until it doubles the size.
Squeeze dough with hands for a bit and divide into six pieces. Roll them into small balls and let them rest under cover for about 30-60 minutes.
Put into an oven (preheated, 170°C) for 15 minutes.
