Grab six day-old brownies. The brownies should be a couple of days old for easier crumbling, but if you have fresh brownies, don’t worry! Just allow them to dry out in a warm place.
Crumble the brownies until they look like breadcrumbs. You can use a grater or your hands for this step.
Once the brownies are crumbled, add the half cup of oats to the bowl, and stir to combine.
Add in the cream cheese and dulce de leche.
Stir then knead all the ingredients together until you get a nice dough. Chill for five minutes for easier shaping.
Once chilled, take teaspoon-sized balls of dough and roll in between your palms until happy with the results. If desired, coat in cocoa powder (not pictured). Chill until serving time. Enjoy!
