- 200 g Chocolate 70%
- 180 g unsalted butter
- 1 pinch salt
We’ve got a pan simmering very gently, and put a bowl with chocolate and butter over the top. Melt them and add a dash of salt.
- 4 eggs
- 180 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla extract.
- 2 tbsp whole-wheat flour
- 2 tbsp black cocoa powder
Add 2 heap tbsp of sifted flour and cocoa powder. And gently stir all together.
Add melted chocolate in this mixture and combine all together
Preheat oven 180C. Put the whole mixture in the baking pan (covered with baking paper) and put in the oven for 20 min. Don’t afraid to underbake!
