4 frying pans, Cover, spatula, Strainer, plate
Step 1/14
- 3⅓ tsp butter (for frying)

Set a frying pan on medium heat until butter is melted, then turn it to between medium and low setting.
Step 2/14
- ⅔ package potato (canned)
- frying pan
Add dices potatoes, 1 can. If you use fresh potatoes make sure to boil cubed potatoes until soften then put in frying pan.

- Tajin Spice
Add spice, if you do not like spicy use all purpose seasoning

- Cover
Cover and put on low setting to fry

- nonstick cooking spray

Spray a larger pan with non stick cooking oil
Step 6/14
- 2 eggs
- 1⅓ fl oz milk
- spatula
Add three eggs to scramble and milk.
Step 7/14
Add meat or whatever you want in your burrito. Can use bacon, fruit, sandwich meat ect. I used left over El Pastor.
Step 8/14
- Strainer
Strain the butter from the potatoes. Do not rinse or the spice will be removed.

Add potatoes to larger frying pan with the eggs

- 2 tortillas
Lay out tortilla
Step 11/14
- guacamole sauce
Add sauce of your choice

- shredded Mexican cheese blend
Add mix to tortilla with cheese

Fold tortilla to serve
