    • 2 cup almond milk
    • 4 tbsp peanut butter
    • 2 cup oatmeal
    • 2 cup spinach
    • 2 cup berries
    • blender

    Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until it’s smooth (about 3 minutes or so) Then, pour into your desired cup of choice and drink. This smoothie can be used as a meal replacement.
