Ingredients

500 ml gluten-free flour
250 ml sugar
12 g baking powder
250 ml milk
egg
125 ml oil
blueberry (optional)

    • 250 ml sugar
    • 12 g baking powder

    Mix the flour, the sugar and the baking powder in a bowl.

    • 250 ml milk
    • egg
    • 125 ml oil

    In an other bowl mix up the milk, the egg and the oil.

    • blueberry (optional)

    Combine the contents of the two bowls. Stir until smooth, then pour it into muffin molds. After pouring into the molds, place the blueberries on top of the muffins.

    Place the molds in a preheated oven at 175 degrees of celsius for 25 minutes.
