"This recipe is just as simple as it is genius: We’ll take the classic espresso tonic to the next level by adding blueberries that’ll bring more colour and flavour to the drink. The few ingredients can easily be placed into a picnic basket, so you can bring them outside and enjoy summer in all its glory. For a more tipsy version, you can add a shot of gin to the glass before adding the tonic water and espresso."
