Black Cocoa Financier
Sift together the flour, almond ground, cocoa powder, and black cocoa powder.
Melt and mix the butter, honey, and chocolette.
Add the sugar to the egg whites and mix.
Add the flour and mix well.
Add the butter and mix well.
Pour the dough into the mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 20 minutes. Then add toppings as desired.
