Melt butter and let cool.
Meanwhile mix all dry ingredients together.
Once the butter is cooled whisk the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.Slowly add the dry mixture into the wet mixture whisking till smooth.
Heat a griddle with butter over medium high heat. Pour 1/3 cup of your batter on the pan. (For a healthier option heat griddle with coconut oil.) Let cook a few minutes till bubbly. Flip the pancake once golden brown and continue to cook for another few minutes. Once both sides of pancake is golden brown top with whipped cream, nuetella and bananas and any other optional toppings.
