- 24½ g plain yogurt
- 42¼ ml milk
- ⅓ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅓ tsp sugar
- ¼ tbsp vegetable oil
- 83⅓ g flour

Preheat oven to 250°C/480°F. Add plain yogurt to the stand mixer and start mixing. Add milk, baking powder, salt, sugar, and vegetable oil and mix until combined. Add flour and mix until a smooth dough forms.

Mince garlic. Melt butter in a pot and add garlic.

Knead dough on a floured work surface. Cut into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball. Roll out each ball into a disc. Transfer to a preheated ovenproof frying pan. Top with the garlic butter. Flip after approx. 1 – 2 min. Transfer to oven and bake at 250°C/480°F for approx. 2 – 3 min. Enjoy with chutney!

Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the minced garlic. Rost on low heat.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured work surface. Cut into equally sized portions and roll each into a ball. Roll out into a disc. Place in a hot and grease-free ovenproof frying pan. Top with the garlic butter. Turn the naan bread after approx. 1 - 2 min. Transfer to oven and bake at 250°C / 480°F for approx. 2 - 3 min. Enjoy with fresh chutneys.
